Terms of purchase and sale
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms govern buying and using a VerGen subscription. By choosing a plan and paying for it, the organisation you act for accepts them. If you do not accept them, do not buy a plan.
1. The service
VerGen is software delivered online. It oversees the work coding agents do for your team: it estimates each ticket before the work starts, records the sessions your engineers' machines report, and judges each stage of delivery from what it left behind. VerGen runs no agent itself. Nothing physical is delivered. The service is available as soon as a payment is confirmed.
2. Who may buy
VerGen is sold to businesses and to people acting for a business. Whoever buys a plan confirms they are authorised to bind their organisation to these terms.
3. Plans and prices
- The plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. Each is priced per engineer per month, in the currency shown there.
- The price shown when you pay is the price you pay. Where value added tax applies to your organisation, the invoice states it.
- We may change a plan's price. A change applies from the first month that starts at least 30 days after we tell your organisation's administrators by email, never to a month already paid for.
4. Ordering and payment
- An administrator of your organisation chooses a plan in the console and pays on Paysera, by card or bank transfer. We never see or store card details.
- The first payment covers the rest of the current calendar month. From the first day of the next month, each month is billed in advance, for the number of engineers in your organisation on the day the invoice is issued.
- A subscription is active once Paysera confirms the payment. Each invoice is available in the console under Billing.
- If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the subscription becomes past due and then suspended. While suspended, the service is limited until the invoice is paid, and nothing is deleted. Paying the invoice restores the subscription.
5. Changing plan
An administrator can switch plan in the console. The new plan starts on the first day of the next month and is billed from then. Nothing is charged at the moment of the switch.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time by writing to info@bezep.net from an administrator's address. The subscription runs to the end of the month already paid for, and nothing further is billed. Refunds follow the refund policy.
7. Your data and your use of the service
- Your organisation's tickets, code, records and reports remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes.
- You are responsible for the accounts you invite, for the systems you connect, and for the work your agents do. You must not use the service to break the law or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer it.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after telling its administrators why, unless the law or an immediate risk to others prevents us.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but provide it as it is, without a guaranteed uptime unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your organisation paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; a change that affects what you pay or what you receive is announced to your administrators by email at least 30 days before it applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. A dispute that cannot be settled by writing to us goes to the competent courts of the Republic of Kosovo, unless the law gives you the right to another forum.
